Erin Nott, Certified Massage Therapist, Herbalist, Natural Therapeutics Specialist, and owner of Love Yourself Therapeutic Bodywork, has over 1350 hours of formal hands-on bodywork training in a variety of techniques that began at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM. Advanced skills and higher education include human biology and women’s biology, training in traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork, and the John F. Barnes Approach Myofascial Release and Reflexology. With over 22 years of experience, and a blending of wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and Western approaches you can feel confident that you are in good hands.
